Established in 2008, Creative Culture Media is run by the husband-wife team of Jonathan and Heidi Kratzke. We provide professional communication services, including design, printed materials, customized content, and web development.
We specialize in working with rural electric cooperatives-partnering with communications teams to design and write original content for monthly newsletters, annual reports, and marketing materials. With an intimate knowledge of the utility industry, we also offer marketing and social media consulting services to help co-ops effectively reach and engage their membership.
Creative Culture Media is based in Ottertail, Minnesota. Both Jonathan and Heidi value excellence in design and content, strong work ethic, and long-term relationships with their clients.
Since a young age, Heidi has had a personal connection with the Minnesota electric cooperative world. With her dad working in the industry for over 25 years, she has fond memories of attending annual meetings as a family while growing up. Heidi is a graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead with a degree in English- Writing Emphasis. She has served on the Lake Region Writers Network Board of Directors, founded a local writers group, and continues to serve as a juror for the arts retreat program of the New York Mills Regional Cultural Center. In addition to releasing a book of her own, her writing has been published in magazines, newspapers, and literary journals.
Jonathan has accumulated over a decade of experience in graphic design and web development. He is well-versed in current web technologies and his attention to detail and creativity have established him respect among the design community. After several years working as a freelancer, he founded Creative Culture Media in 2008. Recognizing that the web and design industries are constantly changing, Jonathan is committed to learning about new technologies and using this knowledge to offer clients the most relevant and creative options currently available. Jonathan is also accomplished on the guitar and piano. For the past 18 years, he has used his musical talents as a part of a local arts-focused ministry.
